Chris Lopez is the Agency Owner of Z.A.R.D. Insurance is an independent insurance agency in the Greater Houston area. He has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry and loves helping people protect their assets. With experience on boards of multiple organizations, he is very much looking forward to helping grow and strengthen an already great organization in HMLO.

Josie Anderson

Josie Anderson is the Regional Vice President of Business Development for Valero Title, Inc. Ms. Anderson has been in the Mortgage/Title industry since 2005 and it was in this industry where she discovered her enjoyment of helping families realize their dream of home ownership. While working for Prado Mortgage, she was first introduced to the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).

Rosa Peña

Rosalina “Rosa” Peña began her banking career in 2008, where she assisted clients with their financial needs. Her passion for helping and educating others lead to a position as a mortgage loan officer in 2017. She works closely with families to achieve their homeownership goals by reviewing their financing options & guiding them through the loan process. Away from her professional responsibilities, she enjoys spending time with her husband & two sons during their soccer games. During her leisure time, she also enjoys reading & outdoor hikes.
